Sikh Wedding in Umbria

Shooting my first Sikh wedding is a day will never forget. I’m so grateful to have teamed up with Rossana and Matteo to narrate this epic experience.

Antonio and Jess decided to tie the knot in romantic villa in Umbria, combining their family traditions: Sikh and Catholic rites.

Everything started in the early morning with a intimate and suggestive Sikh ceremony under a patio beautifully decorated with flowers cascades, then with a Catholic ceremony in a typical Italian Church.

It was so amazing follow Jessie turning from her colourful and amazing Indian dress into a more classic and romantic creamy gown.

When the guest silently moved from the country to Montecastello di Vibio, the Catholic ceremony took place.

Montecastello, a typical Italian village. It’s also known for its heart shape. Here nothing has changed with the passing time, from the little café on the square with inhabitants spending their lazy afternoons play cards to the incredible backdrop on the valley overlooking Todi. The long day ended with a family style dinner under the twinkling lights of the teardrop chandeliers and a dancing party that ended in the early morning.
